Knowyourwell Septic wants knowyourwell.help to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to make this site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support access, we aim to:

• Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
• Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
• Let visitors move through the site with only a keyboard
• Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
• Write in plain, simple language
• Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
