What Knowyourwell Septic Does

Knowyourwell Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To ask us to stop contacting you, email contact@knowyourwell.help at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Knowyourwell Septic or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability
